My name is Charlet Hotchkiss. I studied Botany and Wildlife Conservation in college and spent the beginning of my career as a wildlife conservationist in Kauai, where I focused my research on native-endemic fern species. Post that I have worked in journalism and currently as a Land Use Planner and Assistant Public Transit Coordinator for Umatilla County. I specialize in technical writing, grant writing, research and plan implementation, and marketing/social media management.
